I cannot recommend C4F enough. Firstly, I was struggling to get space and time from contacts centre and C4F were so accommodating. Sam and team are like family, not only are they fair and empathetic, they are kind and thoughtful and understand how delicate emotions are when it comes to a parent child bond. The staff at both their centres have been excellent, they have loads of toys, books and space for you and your child to have a great time. Their current locations are great for me and can accommodate us of I need to change. They send lots of traffic and local closure to keep you informed. They are professional in their approach and make is feel comfortable. 5 star, well done

I have been extremely impressed with C4F. The staff members are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being of the children. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and made to feel welcome.

The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with various and plentiful engaging activities for the children. I appreciate the effort put into creating a safe and stimulating environment for them.

The staff members go above and beyond to ensure that each child's individual needs are met. They are patient, understanding, and always ready to address any questions or concerns I may have. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment to providing a positive experience for both the children and parents.

I highly recommend this contact centre to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment to build their relationship with their child. It's a great place that has had a positive impact on my son's development and overall happiness.

I am not a regular writer of reviews, but this one is important, especially if you are willing to do whatever it takes to make things better for your children. Sam and her team provide a level of care, kindness and assistance together with a strong dose of reality when needed. Their down to earth wisdom helped me understand the best and really only route through this. Brutal self honesty, compassion towards mum and a willingness to put in the effort. These are not easy things to do, but with the love and support C4F gave me, I now regularly see my children with overnights and mum and I are now successfully coparenting. For reference, there was no contact for over 3 years and proceedings covered 5 years of High, Crown and Family court. My boys are 5 and 9 and are now resilient, achieving and very very happy. Thank you C4F, you are a rare gem.

I can describe my experience as being nothing short of perfect. The C4F team are well equipped to deal with the needs of kids and parents.They show care, empathy and support through out the journey of the child. My personal experience was setting up a small party area for my daughter. This gave me a family and community experience and a strong sense of belonging. I would strongly recommend to everyone.I have experienced other contact centres but C4F is the best has not only provided support for the child but have also encouraged parents using platforms to resolve conflict resolution.

The team are kind & thoughtful of parents & children. Then centres are clean & full of lovely toys, activities & creative activities.
Court proceedings can be stressful & the team are amazing at giving extra support & other courses to help your family

A truly lovely,safe, happy place to see your child. The staff are absolutely wonderful and gave our son the first positive experience in being able.to see his son after 6 months.
There is so much to do, there are great toys to play with inside and outside. The playroom is bright and inviting and there is a wide variety of toys for children of all ages.
Sam and her staff provide a very happy place for parents that are having difficulties to spend time with their children, the staff are all very kind and welcoming. Sam in particular who has helped and given help and guidance for our family.
