Lovely place. We had a potato in its jacket with beans and an egg mayo sandwich. The potato must have been being kept warm but it can't have been baked long since. The sandwich was clearly freshly prepared. All excellent and the service was extremely friendly too. The place is nicely decorated. The cakes looked great.

We had the best Christmas activity this morning - cookies and milk with Santa, my daughter enjoyed Santa reading a story, singing and chatting with all the children in the library area. They each had a massive chocolate cookie, a drink and made a Christmas decoration 🎄💖 one happy little girl 😊

Went in today, went up to the counter to order, waited and waited, one of the staff looked at me never spoke and ignored me, so did the woman collecting plates from tables when she came back to counter, so we walked out. Very disappointed, someone could have spoke and mentioned they would be with me in a minute as they were doing other things but just not speak, very bad. They can't want any business.

Lovely choice of homemade cakes and delicious coffee. Courteous and friendly staff too. Lots to see upstairs but I love to meet friends and today we sat outside in the glorious sunshine. Just perfect.
