Lovely tearoom to enjoy a selection of drinks, cakes and hot snacks. Plant section will soon have a good variety of plants to buy. Very helpful staff today In the garden centre. The charity shop area is big and well stocked.

What a lovely, friendly and happy place. I look forward to our visits. The staff are welcoming and helpful - and always make a fuss of my bonkers Jack Russell ‘Marius’. The café is one of best - the food is all cooked from fresh, locally sourced items and always served piping hot. Coffee is great and love taking home their delicious cakes for later. The café is dog-friendly inside and especially welcome for the winter months and bad weather. The garden centre is smaller than most (but plenty of bargains to be found) and luckily untouched by corporate sterile greed. Their new charity shop is worth a visit. It’s one of my favourite places, especially as the profits go to a good cause.

I absolutely love taking the family every year for pumpkin 🎃 picking. It's great for all ages, and it's nice to see everyone covered in mud and enjoying themselves. so please make sure you don't mind getting muddy boots. Very good entrance price plus a little haunted house and graveyard. It gets me in the halloween mood every year. The staff are also very friendly. See you next year 🤞

Extremely disappointed with the cafe. Staff rude, bossy, grumpy. The cooked breakfast is pre cooked before the cafe opens and is served cold. The coffee cups are so small you can drink your coffee as quick as drinking a shot, It's also over priced. Be prepared as they expect you you eat everything they serve as it's on the menu. Your not aloud a choice, even if you kindly ask for a food you don't like to not be put on your plate they put it on your plate anyway and tell you it's the menu. They will only change it if you have proof of an allergy?!
Ruined my Christmas breakfast with my friend.

It was great fun collecting our pumpkins in the very muddy field. Wellingtons are a must!!
We had lunch in the spacious dining area.
Service was ok-ish.
The staff member who served us , I believe, is possibly the manager? Could have been a bit more courteous.
Busy, yes, patience is needed........

Lovely afternoon pumpkin picking. I don't know if it's because it's early in October, but the setup last year was better. You have to queue at the main tills and go back through the garden centre to the pumpkin patch, but not everything was there yet, so it will most likely change to make it easier as it gets closer to Halloween.

Had driven past the signs for this garden centre a few times previously, this time the curiosity got better of me, and I told the kids we would see the pirate play area... only to get there and it was all barriered off... with two disappointed children we decided to have a quick look around anyways - it felt like a very tidy / clean garden centre, and also has toilets, and cafe.

Cafe - The cafe used to be a nice place to meet for lunch but now it's dreadful!
The food is brought in ready made and in limited supply they have run out before the lunch rush. No nice choice of freshly made sandwiches etc just pre packed. No vegan or gluten free. The brie and cranberry ciabatta was pitiful, the bit of brie was approximately 2 cm in the middle of the tepid ciabatta with a large dollop of over sweet cranberry something or other. Had to wait for the hot drinks, the food was served before they arrived. No nice cakes on display. The quality is awful and expensive for what you get. Won't be eating there again.

The garden centre is nice with caring staff especially at the tills who went out of their way to be helpful, just give the cafe a miss.
