Went into shop saw a hat I liked. On a mannequin. Tried it on and liked it. Went to buy it and said it wasn’t for sale as they haven’t enough hats to cover models. Why put the models out? They had smaller busts out with hats on so I suggested just using them and putting one of them away. Shame they lost my custom for cancer

In the last few weeks I have seen a mega change in the shop. It's cleaner,fresher,more good quality stock. The manager is excellent. She communicates well with her staff and customers. The displays are fab. Told all my friends to check it out.
