I am a local resident. We've had issues with one of the tenants who was being islamaphobic and racist, blocking people from passing on the street especially women with children. Staff informed and nothing done, no support from staff. In the end we had to get police who have arrested him.
Staff have not had any good dealings with the local residents. Just not nice people to deal with. Spoke to someone called Ross, very rude and not interested in our concerns, "get used to it" and "we'll take who we want" was the response. I advised to take into consideration local residents when going through referrals but was not interested in my suggestion. Avoid having dealings with this company as they are not competent in managing behaviours or stick to their risk management plans case and point resident who was arrested today.

My children and I were stopped by residents at this home in Bradford. Foul mouth abuse at us on a day to day basis. Abuse is to do with my race and religion. I have complained to the staff and they say they cannot do nothing as they are adults, for me it's that they just seemed to not care about my complaint. I have started reporting them to the police now as it is becoming unbearable to live like this.
