Great service, very nice people, so nice to be warm again after Central Heating Boiler threw a wobbly... Engineers were very Professional, Helpful and extremely pleasant.

Care and Repair were an utter disappointment. They took ages to get back to me. Then a man came to assess the small job I needed doing. Then I heard nothing for ages. I was expecting a phone call or email to arrange a date for the work to be done, but eventually a letter came through the post with a quote and asking me to sign and return. Then I waited—- until another letter arrived saying they couldn’t get through on my phone number and they would cancel the job if I didn’t respond. I phoned them several times. The third time of no answer, I left a message, left my number and asked them to call back. They didn’t. The job never got done. I wouldn’t recommend them. They were inefficient and unfriendly.

Fantastic service .. the professionalism and respect they showed my elderly mother was beyond brilliant ..they put in grab rails and security ... they cleaned up after themselves .. were friendly and full of advice .. we could not have had a better service .. thank you Care and Repair .. keep up your exceptional work

Care and repair,what a bloody joke.i would say anybody who looks at using them to be careful as the over price alot..just had 2 sets of taps changed,taps nothing special prob cost £30-£40 a set of taps so that's say £80 then had ball valve replaced in tank in loft say £15 for a ball valve so that's £95 so far..thats all that was done..then u add on the labour say £100 so thats £195..they charged..get this..£936!!!..nearly a £1000 for just 2 sets of taps and a ball valve..who the hell are they kidding..not the 1st time they have done this as they charged over £400 for just 2 doors..and the doors and all fixtures and handles were supplied..I would avoid them.
