Very sad and disappointed that I've been let down twice by this charity.
I made an appointment twice and each time i paid for parking and arrived on time for the agreed appointment only to be told either the lady i was due to meet was either unwell or was busy. Both appointments made directly with the lady in question, each time upon arrival i was told the agreed appointments were not recorded in her calendar so i was bit contacted to advise. In ibex occasion i had driven down from Winchester for this appointment!

I didn't want to leave this review but I've never received an apology from this lady and I've NEVER received a call back when requested, at least 4 times!

Once again, there's no support for carers and the support that is supposedly out there falls very short. I certainly will not be supporting this charity.
