Helped my parents adopt two cats from here.

From the start, the staff were excellent. We enquired about adopting and this was quickly followed up with a phone call and a meet was arranged a few days later. At the meet, we were super impressed by how well the cats were looked after and how much staff cared and knowledgeable they were.

After absolutely loving the two little boys, the adoption process was simple, involving a telephone assessment and a contact. One of the cats has a health condition but the vet was able to explain in detail what treatment was needed and our options. The vet was also able to quickly answer all of our questions and alleviated our concerns.

Robbie and Kennie are now home and delightful little kittens, who haven't stop playing.

If you're thinking of getting a cat, definitely consider this centre as they are just excellent.

We luckily got to rehome a mom with her 2 kittens from here(no way we were splitting them up so we took them all) and the whole process was quick easy with no issues, the staff was very welcoming and friendly and the pens/kennels where all the cats are kept was clean...couldn't ask for more, they even make a call every now and then to see how your getting on with them.
P.s mom cat took over the house but the kittens have taken the skin of my fingers because still learning human interaction..unless its a treat 🤣🤣🐈‍⬛

Adopted two beautiful cats, sadly even if the shelter vets approved their wellbeing, one has asthma and the other needed antibiotics and teeth treatment. Be careful to take the insurance when adopting (after the free 4weeks with 80excess), it really helps A LOT especially when taking the cat urgently to the vets to put him under oxygen as I did not know the cat had asthma.

Staff are knowledgeable, and friendly. Looking to match cats with the right home, not just any home, and we're honest about any special conditions that individuals had.
Our new additions from here are settling in nicely.

Visited online to find ourselves an elderly cat to give a good retirement home to. Amazing communication and easy to book a visit to visit our chosen boy. Great and friendly staff when we visited too. Would absolutely recommend

Highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the cats they have. We went to see 2 young cats but in the end went for 2 older cats that are 8 and 9. Best decision we could have made as they have settled in so well 🥰😻
