A vital stopping point for the homeless. Opens Monday - Friday from 8:30.

Services include, breakfast, Dinner, shower, launderette and also access to a GP and even a dentist if needed.

Friendly and professional staff who treat you like a real person.

A really invaluable service for those who have the misfortune to be living on the streets.

Rude, abrasive judgemental staff that don't properly explain the support they provide. Waited almost an hour to be seen. Made me feel guilty as hell for asking for help.

Chucked a small bag of goods my way, which is very kind of them. I explained that due to my disability I wouldn't be able to use a lot of what was given and that it would best given to someone else. At this point the very thin persona of friendliness and support (infinitesimally thin at that), immediately went away. Refused to sign post me to other services that could assist qs well.

I guess if you have nowhere else to go it is at least secure and well monitored so it's relatively safe in that regard.
If you are sign-posted to them by any organisation, I would request an alternative.
