Let me start with saying that we got an absolutely beautiful cat from Gildersome Cats Protection, We love her loads and would not be without her. We were told that she came from a multi cat home and was approximately 10 months old. We were also told that she was healthy with no problems. When we got her home we did notice that she had a canine missing. We booked her in to the vet. Here We discover that she was missing at least 14 teeth and other dental issues with her needing more teeth removing. She also has a slight heart murmur and she is an adult cat of approx 5-8 years old. She was muttered and chipped by a vet at Gildersome who did not pick up on any of this? We do feel quite annoyed and feel mislead by this charity and will not use them ever again. We did phone quite a few times and left messages. Never got a call back.

It was a kind and friendly place and so helpful . They tell you what kittens and cats they have let you have a look around and the staff are so friendly. It is not a big place but they have a second site and if you want to go there they will book you in for a visit .
