Lovely people running the tea and coffee mornings, only ask for a donation. Large carpark and playback, with the village only a 5 minute walk away. The Medevel Church is also well worth a visit.

Having finished a walk and also parked up at the village hall it was time for a coffee. Very friendly atmosphere and people. Had a good chat with them and met Tilly the dog who was looking at the biscuits on the table I was sat at. If you are ever over Cawston way pop on for a break and support them.

Really lovely little play area for very young children, including a little pavilion for picnics in the rain and a little landscaped area of grassy hillock and pampas grass. Good area for older children too and even a small skate park and a zip wire (which it turns out will take the weight of grown ups too...)
