We required for an event, 30,000 pin badges and scarves on a stupidly short lead time, Cedar not only delivered on time but we were so happy with the products that we ordered some more for our next event! We enjoy dealing with Cedar as their account managers, production and studio are all so friendly and helpful!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would score 0 star if I had the option.

I trusted this company to deliver me 5000 kits with the relevant contents within each kit for a national retailer and they messed up my order and damaged my company reputation with their poor quality which resulted in customer complaints and added costs.

I was fobbed off by their sales manager Chris Burton who knew it wasn’t commercially
viable to litigate and put profit before doing a decent job as promised.

I have since found a reliable kit producer with a much better standard of work and a customer service ethic and to top it off at a lower price. Never Again!

We choose Cedar Packaging to produce 5000 kits for a well known high street store. They totally messed them up with putting either too much or too little contents in each kit. This led to many complaints and give us a lot of extra admin, not to mention potential damage to our reputation. When we flagged the issue with Cedar their manager Chris Burton and director Paul Martin refused to rectify the problem resulting in our having to place an order for another 5000 from a different provider. Total disgrace. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE.
