The incompetent, corrupt management run this place down for years so they could sell the building to a developer. A scandal and a disgrace. These people need to be hunted down and made answerable for what they have done to this incredible community and city. I have no doubt they will pay for what they have done one day. One way or another.

Been here for 3 years, great facilities but recently found myself ordering at the cafe even more often. All thanks to the handsome man with the glasses. They serve great sandwiches.

A wonderful facility serving a warm and welcoming community. Sadly ruined by inept, rapacious management, as a consequence of which it will close at the end this week. A irreplaceable loss

Large gym, good equipment, good price compared to other gyms. I have full membership and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately some of the staff (only a few though) appear to be unfriendly been going for two weeks they rarely smile. It can put members who just joined off. Men’s changing room not always clean. Swimming pool is large but has no water in it!! No information on how to hire towels or how to find the sauna! The staff on reception are friendly though. I am a bit disappointed with the atmosphere!!

I went to this YMCA for a group cycling instructor course. Adrian the tutor for the practical was amazing! He explained everything perfectly and I had a great day. Shout out to Alan in the YMCA cafe who made me a personalised special smoothie! He also does a great selection of wraps for the lunch break! I would give 5 stars if the admin side of my course were better- there wasn't great communication and I got my theory part of my course pretty late.
