Amazing service from Crystal. She is an excellent make-up artist who took the time to try some products on me to check if they suit me. Her make up was excellent that is how I knew I need to get the pillow talk eye liner. She was very polite, patient and generous.

I had a great experience visiting the CT store in Bicester Village. The store was beautifully set up, and the products looked amazing. Tamara was fantastic—so friendly and helpful! She listened to what I wanted and suggested the perfect products for me. So many people have commented on how glowing my skin looks!!! I highly recommend stopping by, especially if you get to meet Tamara - she is seriously a make up Guru!

Very rude staff. I use a lot of charlotte tilbury products which I like. And always get good service in the main stores.
But the store in bicester village is the worst store in the village.
Worst experience in bicester village.
I don't understand what pleasure they get from being rude for no reason. They are all on the defensive specially the manager. She probably gets a lot of complaints so she starts being defensive as soon as you walk in the store. Very rude.

The customer service here was outstanding! I visited the shop on 28 Dec and was assisted by Philippa. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about all the products, and took the time to recommend items and professionally colour match for me. It was such a refreshing experience compared to my usual visits to BV, where I often feel rushed, and I felt compelled to leave a review. The makeup tips Philippa shared and the products she recommended have been so useful. I highly recommend this Charlotte Tilbury store—not only are the deals fantastic, but you’ll also receive professional makeup advice and really tailored service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time! I visited the store today, not looking for anything specific, just hoping to fill some gaps in my makeup routine products. Crystal was incredible in suggesting products! She helped me find the perfect combos for my style and needs. Even shared tips and advice on how to use the products for better results. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and passionate about what she was doing and saying. And was very impressed about how friendly and approachable she was especially considering the fact the store was quite busy at that time. Will be definitely coming back for my Christmas shopping!

Rude condescending staff specially a tall dark haired lady who just stood in the middle of the shop staring at everyone, looking unhappy and stressed. Made me feel really uncomfortable.
I will give 2 points just because I use the products and am a big fan of magic cream. Charlotte Tilbury deserves better staff at Bicester.

The worst experience I’ve had at Bicester village in years. Yesterday I purchased a few items on sale. I wanted a different pop shot shade which was available in the store, but the cashier Natasha refused to sell, although it was right in front of her. Okay, never mind. Today I came in the morning and took the other shades that she refused to sell yesterday. However, today their machine wasn’t ready to scan my membership code , at 9:30 am!!! 30 mins post opening and they are still not ready. The final blow is that although these items are on sale, today I didn’t get any sale, in fact, I was overcharged 😂 I’ll attach the bills but how is it possible? Display is still showing £20 per piece, sale is still on, and I managed to get overcharged. I was in rush and only saw it at home. It’s not about the 10 pounds , it’s about the very disappointing experience overall. Finally, cashier Natasha , I believe, a tall blond lady, is rude and unwelcoming. Disgusting service
