One star because I can't get through on the phone! If the office is supposed to be open, why is nobody answering the phone? And yes, it's Thursday so all day opening at Loughborough. All I want to know is how to make an appointment!

If you don't live in the area and go for a quick advice as its as drop in building.... Your told to go and seek advice in your own town!! It's silly really when CAB is for all citizens in this country to use and should never dictate which town you should be asking... Especially a national organization like CAB
