We bought a condenser dryer from them as well as other things, which they charged double to deliver, so £60 instead of £30, they stated it was because of the dryer, this dryer tripped our fuseboard every 10 minutes to half an hour so you couldn't do 1 load in it before it reset, they took 2 weeks to collect it and refunded back to card soon after which is ok, day or so but refused to refund the delivery charge of £30 stating the money went to the delivery company and not them, I'd still expect a FULL refund for shoddy goods, we will NEVER go in there again, nearly everything in there is grubby, scratched furniture fit for recycling not reselling.

I used to buy an awful lot of things from this shop but recently not so much! A lot of the furniture has been spoilt by "up cycling" which basically means items have have been ruined by badly painted sections of the items! Compared with other charity shops in the area, st. Vincents is much more expensive! I came away without buying anything on my last 2 visits. The cafe though is very good and excellent value!

What a lovely bunch of people who work here. They are so friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. We bought some furniture and they arranged delivery within 2 days, 12 miles away and only charged £25 for it, very reasonable.
