I would give less stars, but the majority of the staff seem caring and try to do a good job. My 91yr old mum came here about three months ago. We were assured she would be happy in her new home.
Unfortunately, within a week her glasses went missing and no attempt was made to find them, one pair has been returned to her but her favourites are still missing.
Her laundry was an absolute joke, she had 10 pairs of underwear that mysteriously disappeared, have never been found even with labels in them.
My mum is suffering with memory issues, and has been, afraid and sad ever since she arrived.
Thank goodness we have found a much nicer home for her not far from this one where she is so happy!
I do not recommend anyone leaving there family member here. Very disappointed

I try daily to phone my mother in law but unfortunately it is impossible to speak to her as normally it takes a good seven calls before anyone answers then if they do they cut you off. It’s very frustrating and this has been going on for a good few months.
