I cannot recommend Parklands Manor highly enough! This care home is truly exceptional in every way. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a luxurious and beautifully maintained building that feels more like a five-star hotel than a care facility.

The staff at Parklands Manor are nothing short of amazing. Their dedication and kindness make a world of difference, creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home.

The facilities and amenities are top-notch, offering everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and fulfilling life. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are inviting and well-kept, and the garden with the pond is simply stunning.

I was looking the perfect place for my mother for respite after a hospital stay. Chertsey Parklands is the most stunning home I have ever seen, the interior design reminded me of The Savoy. As soon as you enter you are greeted by wonderful staff and a feeling of comfort and warmth.
My mother did not want to leave and told me daily of all the fabulous food and fun activities. She raved about the nurses and carers, everyone really from the manager to the residents.
Thank you all for providing my mother with a great experience.

After searching for a suitable care home for our mother, we fortunately found Parklands Manor. As we stepped through the doors, we were immediately impressed by the facility itself, and the welcome that we received.
There was nothing here that was not superb in every way, from the excellent management, to the delicious food, daily social activities, 24 hour care, nursing staff and lovely gardens…. We could not have been happier. Our mother likened her new apartment to a five star hotel.

As our mother's cognitive decline continued, and as she went through each sad stage, her Carers treated her with dignity, respect, and above all love. When she began palliative care, her every need was met. Having a daily report available on line, kept us apprised of her health and welfare….so necessary for us as we lived the other side of the world.

We will forever be grateful to Parklands that with their extraordinary capability, she remained content, peaceful and comfortable to the end.

I have been to this many times and always left in a positive manner. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The home is beautiful but backed up a great quality of service. The food is delicious and nothing is too much trouble for the team at Parklands.

I visited Parklands when picking up my wife from work. I couldn't believe that it was a care home as it was not how I imagined one to be. It is beautifully decorated and very clean and well presented. The staff were all friendly and the receptionist offered refreshments when i arrived. The cafe area was busy with residents reading newspapers and doing puzzles. I would definitely recommend Parklands to anyone looking for care for a relative in the future.

I came to look round Parklands for my mother in law. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the home is. It felt like a 5 star hotel. There was a great atmosphere in the cafe and there were plenty of cakes to choose from. The staff all said hello whilst I was shown around. When the time is right for my mother in law, this home will be first on my list.

I perform regularly as an entertainer at Parklands. The home itself is absolutely stunning, with performances happening in the cafe area and outside in the beautiful gardens. The most impressive aspect to Parklands would have to be the staff. Such an incredibly kind and personable team, always joining in with the residents while I perform. It is always a pleasure visiting and having a fun afternoon with you all!

My grandad lives on the dementia floor and is very well looked after and has been there for over 3 years now. The staff are always very friendly and they have become his new family. He enjoys the food which is a very high standard for a care home.
