It isn't really made very clear what you can do here or how this serves the public; I suppose they run a farm in am eco friendly way and create wildlife habitats. We admittedly didn't go into the reception area to ask. There is a map with a walking trail through fields and past a nice little pond with reeds and water fowl. You can walk this trial but as wildlife is shy unlikely to see a lot. Didn't seem inviting to look at the farm and the orchard disappointingly was out of bounds.

Visited Bickley Hall Farm for a works volunteering day. Lovely staff, helpful, informative, made us feel at home as well as instructing us how to make furniture, all from reclaimed wood. Thoroughly recommend the Trust for a visit or for a volunteer session.

Visited here recently for a walk assuming it was just a nice safe nature walk. After following signs we ended up in a field which had cows in... quite aggressive cows who charged us. Luckily, we got out unharmed but when I asked Bickley hall to put a sign up for future visitors safety they just kept saying they weren't their cows, which is fine, but I think putting a sign on the notice board to say you might encounter cows on the sandstone trail part of the route wouldnt hurt. For some reason they are reluctant to do it.

Nice short circular walk(45 mins). Bit muddy in places.cows are usually fenced( not always).

We enjoyed the wild play at red rocks in Hoylake . Brilliant leaders and very welcome toasted marshmallows for the kids! The kids loved all the beach combing, sand sculpture, sand sieving and looking at all the different creatures found in the sand and on the beach.
Many thanks but the man touting for more members was totally unnecessary. A leaflet to take home would have sufficed.

Part of the Sandstone Trail which I walked in total both ways in March. Very good signage for the paths and delightful countryside, varied and interesting.
