Depending on your situation this can be a difficult place to go right? No worries, they make you feel comfortable and welcome. It is a safe place, for children, for adults and many other's. The front desk lady was so super sweet she even watched Frozen and Charlotte's Web. She helped the kids and really made my son feel safe and I'm thankful for that. I had peace of mind going to talk with the DHS worker knowing my son was having fun right outside. Thanks guys for your service it is truly appreciated.

I am so unhappy with the service this place provided!!! I am a nurse and do not understand how they can say they are advocates for children!! My daughter and I shared our concerns with my grandson and they said they would contact the
father and interview him. We were told that they would let us know
when they would contact him and the situation. We had to find out from my daughter's attorney they closed the case early on and my daughter was never contacted like we were told almost two months after the intial visit! How can we protect children when there is no actual investigation! This is why we unfortunately see terrible endings with children because the children are not protected! It is our job as parents to protect them and we reach out to people who do it for a living and nothing is done, it is such a shame! I am praying for the families that go here that their children are protected and their situation because ours was not handled properly!!!
