Horrible service! Their weekend staff does not follow court orders or intervene when the other parent is making statements to the children regarding contact outside of the center. The father was setting false hope for the children one week into supervised visitation causing confusion. When this was brought to Director Trish Waterman’s attention I solely wanted to explain the position the other parents actions puts me in, and instead Ms. Waterman became defensive and accused me of yelling at her. I was driving and had the call on speaker phone. On the call I clarified this to Ms. Waterman and explained I was not yelling and instead she asked that I call her back when I was not driving, completely disregarding the importance of this matter. I stated to Ms. Waterman that I would release the call and speak to higher authority instead. It is clear that the staff did not comply with Court guidelines and instead of Ms. Waterman apologizing she wanted to act like the victim as if I was attacking her. Not only is she unprofessional but she lacks empathy and did not care to apologize for her staff overlooking such an important detail. Additionally, the staff is completely biased and do not notate details of conflicts in their records, instead they notate the “conflict” without any explanation behind it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND REQUEST YOUR FILE PERIODICALLY OTHERWISE IT WILL BE HELD AGAINST YOU IN COURT! As stated, I will report this office to the correct party!

when the situation first started I was strongly warned against using the CJC Center; I was told, by my at the time attorney, it is like a jail and would scare the kids! Of course I wanted to protect the kids so I agreed to private supervised visitation. Because of that bad advise the kids and I went through hell for nearly a year! And then in the end we ended up at the CJC Center. The children were far more happy in this friendly environment! and I of course was as well. Knowing the other parent was being video and audio recorded made it so nice for me.. there was no one calling me a liar when my children would come home crying after the things their non-custodial parent said or did. If ever an issue I just called the Center and they promptly reviewed the recording and nipped it in the bud! Trish O. was my main contact there and she and all her staff were, pleasant, professional, accommodating and soo much more. The facilities were organized, kid friendly and daycare like. If your children need supervised visitation this is for sure a great place to provide that service.

Workers are very good but the atmosphere is not good for developing child parent relationships. I would do private supervised visitations with Traci Powell.
