Bought a sofa and bed from here very recently. Staff in the shop were lovely. Bed was brand new, and the sofa was second-hand but in immaculate condition. Very happy with my purchases.
Delivery guys, Ethan and Darren were superb delivering both pieces of furniture, excellent customer service. Expected to be waiting all day but was delivered at 9am.
Been to this shop many times before, the coffee and cake is a great touch to a day of charity shopping. Will definitely be purchasing from here again after having such a pleasant experience with delivery.

Love this charity shop but unfortunately the people there are rude. Been on two occasions to donate items normally you get a ‘thank you’ but clearly don’t here. I didn’t know there was certain times to donate and the woman there was rather rude about it. As I turned away another man with donations was going to the desk and the woman said something like and ‘here they all start’. Will take my donations elsewhere in future instead of being treated like an inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Stocked well full of various items (new & pre-loved) that are organised brilliantly.

I've been here a few times now. You can pick some really good things up in here. We always have a coffee & cake while we're there. It's a good coffee & lovely cakes _ scones, all the cakes are homemade & a good price. Very friendly staff.

First visit,certainly won't be the last. Overwhelmed with the amount of household items of good quality for sale at very reasonable prices. Upstairs are clothes & a lovely week stocked & priced cafe.
