1 star is 1 star to much. If you have been treated illegally by NCCCS you should report your concerns to the social work council online. You can find their names under find a social worker. If you are complaining about their relationship with other workers or any data protection breeches or confidentiality abuses complain to their regulatory bodies online. If the SW has given a different name on the social work website to the one they gave you report that as an additional concern. The social work council has the power to investigate wrong doers and their associates and can take them to a tribunal. It’s hard to get your teeth into, and I have a PTSD diagnosis after what they did to me, and although one of the social workers was removed regards her disgusting conduct they can use methods unbecoming of any profession to make your life and your child’s extremely difficult. Good luck, I’m sorry to hear all the concerns on here. It’s absolutely vile.

Absolutely joke of a place, they only there to listen to women. Everytime I try put a complaint in I get ignored or fob of with a load of rubbish. Toddlers could do a better job, and they don't understand what the word safety or danger means they shouldn't be aloud to go near any kids as they can't do there job properly. Even with evidence iv provided still not good enough but can listen to womens lies and fake crys. Then they think it safe to have my kids round someone who has long list of offences and thinks it safe for my kids to be around. Also keep away from luna singles and kerri Green both disgusting and can't do there jobs properly or upload any evidence that iv provided about 4times now

i have a young daughter, mother goes off with boy friend leaves daughter with me, great loved it, a year later she wanted daughter stay with her and boyfriend, who had admitted being violent to his own daughter, but as a father going to court i was of course going to loose, fathers have few rights, i needed help from these people and begged them via phone calls and emails for advice as the father, did i get any ? of course not, they did not even have the decency to reply, not once,
it is now more than 2 and half years since i spoke or seen my daughter, she's now 13 "children's services" they seem to only care about "mothers" fathers don't care, we have all heard and read about these offices and mistakes they make, now i understand. disgusting people most should be drawing benefit

As someone who needed their help I can provide a real review of this appalling organisation.
They were rated inadequate in two different occasions by the Ofsted. Luckily they got upgraded to "requires improvement" on the last report.

Their team is formed by a bunch of tick boxes bureaucrats that don't take in consideration your feedback and are quick to shift blame on the parent.

Since they got involved my children's life became a nightmare. Their incompetence is so abysmal that they contradict their own reports / findings. My advice is that if these inept people are involved with your children, be very careful as the only sector that they are actually good is the adoptions services!

they are allowing my sister to continue to get money weekly (roughly £60 a week) and random money for her birthday etc. i have been told that i will no longer continue to receive money (£35 a week) a couple of months after court. i am really annoyed at this and will always remember that the workers that are not letting me get the same as my sister when i was told by someone that worked there that i will get the same amount of money as my sister.

Absolute joke, they don't treat me like a dad and will not tell me anything about my kids. Pointless of a social services as they have no interest in keeping my kids safe or treating me like a dad.

All these r do is remove children stay clear of becky cooke she is thr worst socail worker to work with
