What an absolute joke. My wife and I needed our children immunisation verified for visas abroad, a stamp and signature. Was told that it would be two weeks for someone to look at the two forms with the immunisations and check them against their records. It has been close to three weeks and we have visited multiple times. The lady at the front desk has been extremely unhelpful and now the timeline for the children to get their visas in time has now passed. No care in the world. We were just told it could be 28 days and someone would call. Any Dr or nurse can sign the form. My colleagues paid their GP to do it and was done in a day. This is ridiculous!!! Disgusting service

Just called them for an enquiry other than scheduling an appointment. I was "caller number one in the queue" from the very beginning. However, don't be fooled as this means nothing with Chislehurst Surgery. Nobody could be bovvered to pick up the call for 40 minutes.
It is plainly obvious that you are nothing other than a nuisance and inconvenience for them. They do not care one bit about you, they care only about themselves.

If I could put less than 1 star I would.
This surgery was once very good but now its a complete shambles.
I had to wait approximately 6 days for a Doctor to phone me I was so.bad I phoned 111 who advised me to go to Beckenham Beacon, i saw a Doctor there who referred me to the Emergency Department at Princess Royal, I saw two doctors who were excellent but I.am totally disgusted with this surgery i can't believe i had to wait 6 days to speak to a Doctor, but he did apologise to me but it should never got to this stage.
I certainly would never recommend this surgery .

Close this GP practice down NHS or intervene!!! It keeps getting worse, an absolute joke. Called GP for an appointment and was told it’s been triaged and a Dr would call me. 2 weeks now and no call from any doctor. What an appalling service!!

I moved away a while ago but hearing how hard it is to get an appointment in a location you want and see a doctor you want even when you have to break down your medical issue to the non-medical secretary. I wonder which doctors support the changes.
