I've wanted to visit this beautiful place for such a long time. We were made extremely welcome and were even offered a lovely meal. No words can describe this tranquil place. The surrounding gardens, woodland and lake are also magnificent. If you visit, please make a donation if you are able. The monks and nuns ask for nothing yet give so very much. Even all the books are free.

Most peaceful and relaxing place I visited in the UK. All that you will see is the true reflection of Buddhism. Smile, gratitude, simplicity, and peace.. You don't have to buy tickets or pay for anything. Free books are available. If you are happy, you can make some donations; food or money for the maintenance etc. I wish I could come again.

The road is narrow in some areas, so drive carefully. One access road to the monastery was closed today due to some road maintenance.

It is a peaceful and beautiful place . It could grantee to provide peaceful mind . There is usually in silence rule and practice the essence of Buddhism. When we enter the hall, there are lots of books for free distribution. The hall is the perfect place for meditation. If you have food for donation, go straight to the kitchen and hand over there.

Very peaceful, beautiful countryside. It's a tradition in the Theravadin Buddhist religion that the lay community support the Monks and Nuns. So it is a great gesture to take an offering, maybe of cooked food for the midday meal.
