Ryan was pleasant and polite. Kept in touch throughout the process. Arrived in a timely manner and swiftly removed the stairlift in a short space of time to allow the removal men access to upstairs. Paid promptly directly into the bank account whilst on site and left the appropriate paperwork. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

We called this morning, Ryan followed up with a call an hour or so later and came out to us just after Lunch. He fixed my grandson's scooter quickly and efficiently. He was lovely, polite and extremely helpful. I would rate his service's excellent and would recommend this company to everyone. We will definitely use them again. Ryan came to service and fit a new battery on an old stairlift that is now needing to be used by my Mum. The company that originally fitted it had rendered it obselete and refused to service it .... thank goodness for people like Ryan 🙂 He was very prompt and also courteous when replying to my original enquiry and the appointment was set up within a week which I'm very grateful for. The job was all done for a very reasonable price and he even gave my Mum two remotes for no extra charge, the original had been lost. Thank you very much for your help, highly recommended.

Ryan, who fitted my parents stairlift was absolutely amazing. We phoned him on the Friday and it was fitted by the following Wednesday. The service was outstanding. Ryan was very professional. I booked my Luggie mobility scooter in for a service today. I was a little early so I was given coffee by the lovely Kerry. Ryan arrived and straightaway attended my scooter. I was able to watch Ryan working and ask any questions I might have which he answered in a way to understand. Service was finished in around an hour and I was very pleased with what was done. Ryan gave a seamless and extremely helpful experience with completing the removal of a stairlift from one property and the installation at my parents house. Nothing was too much trouble. This includes everything from start to finish! Extremely professional and polite. Very good prices and does not over charge! Honest and helpful in all aspects! Ryan took the time to ensure the stairlift was safe to use and ensured my nanna had a full understanding of how to use the stairlift to feel safe. Needed a stairlift taken from one house and refitted into another for a family member! Remembered the lovely Ryan and Choose Mobility! Not only was he as lovely as ever, his price was really competitive and he was really flexible with booking it in! His communication is also superb!! Thank you Ryan yet again for helping me to sort this out and taking the stress out of the situation for me!! My cousin is so pleased with her new stair lift, and the lady who needed it removed from hers is also really pleased!

I first met Ryan when I took my mom to get a mobility scooter from here, Ryan was great explained everything and let my mom try a few more of her choice out! We chose this place as the price was really competitive really good value for money! And seeing my mom take it for a spin with a smile on her face just made my day!
