A good place for holding concerts and rehearsals in Lincolnshire. Also for weddings and funerals too Associated Board examinations are also held here. There is an English grand piano which is in fairly good condition. Staff are accommodating and kind to my pupils and also to my wedding clients - and there is a good acoustic.

Previously known as Finkin Street Wesleyan Chapel. Built around 1840. The small patch of grass appears to have disappeared in the years since I visited.
