"I started coming to the Chrysalis Centre 2 or so years ago.I was a nervous wreck.My sister brought me along for a cuppa and a chat.I have never looked back,if anything I've come on in leaps and bounds.I have done 2 courses , Confidence and Assertion, and Positive me.I have also been on 2 of the Residential Weekends. My Husband is glad to have his Sheila back.We do wear a mask and we do have bad days ,however we CAN learn to cope with the bad days.I am Me again,thanks to Counselling and support from these lovely ladies.You to can feel better too, come along for a chat and a cuppa.
