First class service. I took in a little MGF for its mot and just liked the way they dealt with their customers. Spot on! Really pleased with that so I booked my BMW X3 in for a steering fault. They found the fault to be with the steering joints and so it had to be booked in again to have it rectified with new parts. The lads are very careful and considerate and really looked after the car whilst it was there. Most definitely the one to use. Thanks to the lass on the counter and guys for the great service . Will be back promise!!

I contacted Church road garage on Monday 29th July first thing as I had had to leave my car overnight having had a coolant/engine overheating issue. The RAC had suggested that the garage had a great reputation so it would make total sense to leave it there rather than tow the car closer to Shrewsbury where I live. They found out the problem, ordered the part and managed to get the car all sorted for the Thursday which was earlier than I expected. Nothing was too much trouble for them and both Dean and Kelly who I spoke to were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Another great experience from Church Road Garage - my Rover SD1 had been off the road for 5 years and so I wanted it checked over, serviced and 'brought back to life'. Dean and the team did a great job and we've just completed over 1,000 trouble free miles on a holiday to Berwick on Tweed. Excellent service- couldn't ask for more. We live hundreds of miles away, but our son was in the area and needed work doing. Nothing was a problem, and they corresponded with us all the time. Jobs were explained and prices given very clearly. Great customer service and can’t praise highly enough👍

Do not recommend. Booked my car in for an MOT at 11:30 arrived at 11:20 and was told that it would be a while are other people’s cars were being worked on. Not such a big issue, but don’t see the point in booking times if they aren’t stuck to. The problem was with the MOT itself. They make it their mission to put down as many things possible as advisories. They put down that a tyre was close to limit as it only had 3mm left. The legal limit is 1.6mm!!! So it’s nearly double the limit. Told me the number plates I purchased 6 months ago were deteriorated. They were slightly dirty and when the car was washed they were fine. So because of there incompetence my vehicle came out with a long list of advisories that shouldn’t of even been flagged up on as there was no fault with them.

100% avoid and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing and know the laws and rules regarding MOTs!!!
