Decent staff. However as I have constantly reminded them you shouldn't have to discuss why you're there in front of others who are also there to see CAB. It's very easy to move the screening to a private room it's not tricky.

Person in front 4ft from me had his kidney removed due to cancer and has an ongoing illness. Receiving 1500 a month from medical retirement lives up Paulton renting a room but originally comes from Southampton.

Don't want to write that but maybe if they read this they'll realise they're confidentiality is continually being broken happens everytime I go down. Should always be private not for others to hear in front of others.

Sometimes get told you'll get a call back. If it's someone from Bath that's a bad sign as they're rude have attitude problems and are highly judgemental. That's not me being funny, that's as objective as I can be.

I was fi e seeing an advisor at Cab drop centre in Bath, as the sse didn't send a energy voucher on times shown on 15 th of term month. I was completely desperate for electric and the drop in adviser straight away helped solve problem at Lewis House in Bath. Also they gave me a direct number to contact sse and tell em to stop stalling delivery. Now I'm feeling a lot better. Thanks to Bath adviser that is
