Lovely helpful people!! They need more funding as they are only open now on a Wednesday so they are very busy! Soon we will lose this fabulous service if they dont get any sponsorship!!!

Fantastic information centre. They offer help and access for the disabled, and information and help with lots of different types of issues. This is always the 1st place that I go to if I have a problem that I am unable to resolve myself. If they can't help then they always know where to point you in the right direction

Seriously does anybody answer that damn phone? I've been waiting for 20 mins and fine maybe that's not as long to wait as some but I'm on a mobile phone and my network prolly charges a lot per min so to me that seemed long enough to wait. I did try calling them last week or week before and once again no answer and I waited a while. I'm better off going to my local citizens advice rather than waste my time and money calling this number if nobody wants to answer.

Opens at 9:30 but get there early as you can expect a long wait.advice is of course very professional.
