I was seen by a very helpful gentleman. There was no animosity or judgement of my hairy situation and he got straight to the beginning of the resolve. I am very grateful for this organisations existence and the help provided by all involved to keep it's doors open 👏🏻

This office is Not Open Most of The days or Times it Says,
They are Open Fridays 10am Till 1,30pm, for walk in quick Advice
And Longer Appointments can be booked for a Wednesday,
Wednesday's are for pre booked Appointments only Not for walk in Advice,
Appointments Can be made by walking in to book when open on Fridays,
or by Leaving a phone Number for one of the staff to Call back on to make the Appointment,
There is No Way of Talking To Them on The Phone To ask for an Appointment
The National Phone Number They Supply is Just an Answering Service, for persons to leave a contact number with persons name, it would be ideal for person to say when leaving their contact number a day an time if possible to be contacted back that's possibly convenient for them,
The Staff are very helpful when can get into their office to talk to them on the half day
of Friday mornings that they are open, or for booked Longer Appointments on Wednesdays ...
