I would never ever contact them again.
I have been having problems at work with other staff making false accusations towards me. This has caused chaos with my anxiety and depression. I telephoned to speak to someone and the gentleman on the phone gave me an appointment and didn’t bother booking it into his own system!!! I was then telephoned by the employment ‘expert’ Dorothy who is about 80yo and doesn’t know a thing about employment. The only phrase she knows how to say is grieviance letter and basically told me to deal with it and go back to work when my drs fit note is finished. The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, left me feeling like I have no where to turn and more depressed than ever!!!!!!!

A good place to go for advice. On our particular circumstance there was not more they could add, however it was brilliant to be able to go somewhere and sense check. Looked busy with appointments so is clearly a much needed resource for the community

Walton have been so helpful with the situation I was dealing with. So understand and went out of there way to help me. I want to thank Toni, one of the advisors for helping me through a difficult time. I can't thank her enough. 10 out of 10 !
