I was disappointed that I couldn't get a walk-in consultation, and there's allocated days at certain times. ? I appreciate the informative signs, though. ? eager to get help. Will post once I get in.

Got an appointment. Help was warm, welcoming, professional , immediate, and detailed. Had to wait for a response from elsewhere, out of both citizen advice and my hands.
In the beginning, contact was made frequently to follow up from citizen advice.

The response has arrived, and I am in need of further help as promised as this was to be expected. I emailed the information over at 1st, and I received an email stating it had been passed on, and the details had changed. I got a response, and I sent details to CA.
I am just waiting to hear what the next steps are.
Keep you posted

I can't praise the staff here high enough. They have helped me and my family with food bank appointments, debt relief orders, energy vouchers, and PIP appeals. Please don't vote them down due to long waits as they are extremely busy. They should be paid more than ANY politician.

So helpful and calm. Very knowledgeable and able to solve problems and ease worries. Lovely reception staff too. Would be helpful if there was permanent seating outside, for their drop in sessions, as you do have to queue outside. The receptionist had to use chairs from inside, for a number of us who were disabled, to be able to sit outside in the queue. She then had to bring them back in, one by one, as we progressed into the building. All done with a smile but I'm sure she would be grateful to not have to do this. We were lucky that the weather was dry.

I've had mixed. Very helpful with my Personal Independence Payment last year. Didn't get that when I wanted to get a divorce - got told I had to pay £600 which is nearly my whole Universal Credit award so I thought sod that. And the Pathways Project Officer told me my hair was messy and knotty so how is that meant to help me gain any confidence moving forward?

to big a queue to be certain to see an advisor today, but the desk staff was polite and professional, took my details and advised me when and what time to next visit.
