This review is about Citizens Advice Harlow located @ Westgate House, Harlow , United Kingdom . was very disappointed as I brought a visiting acquaintance there for advice & consultation and tuned to be total car wreck. No matter at which day or time we came, this place was closed for guests. they kept note with a phone number, but what is the use if no one answers. Later I perceived that the service is really bad with inexpert staffing with hefty service fees.

My wife had an appointment today but they didn't told her that they moved to God knows my wife is disabled and walking through the town center like a headless chicken she tried to call but no one is answering
Wot is wrong with you people?
I for myself still waiting from a reply from you from last year useless in my opinion

I live in Uk for the last 14 years and i never ever though that a call to Citizens advise will change my life for ever ! First time i called i was full of depression anxiety was over on top.Both of the ladies i spoke they was really vey kind and helpful and they treat me as a person and not as any foreign. I wish i knew that they are there to help me back 2 years ago when i had to do with racist and abusing neighbours! Thank you so much for everything. God bless you

just spent 45 minutes on hold to make an appointment for a follow up appointment after sitting at the branch on a first come first serve basis arriving at 9.30am for opening at 10am. To see someone for help & advice, after 4 hours to be given no helpful advice, apart from dont worry go home and fill all these forms in, call up and make an appointment and we will help you. You call up after holding 45 mins to be told no appointments available ? reallly

I attended a seminar about ‘Power of Attorney’ and learnt so much. I was made to feel welcome There was a lot of information to take in and a lot of questions asked. Time was taken by the staff to address all our issues and concerns, no matter how trivial the questions were. All presented in an easy to understand format.
I came home feeling so much more confident to get my Power of attorney’s sorted. THANKYOU ALL.
