Yrah great place to go for advice on housing benefits bit definitely debt adwell but a never went a eeth to the library which is in the dame building awesll

It was impossible to get through on the phone - hours and hours on hold . I was very grateful to eventually be able to see someone . The receptionist at the CAB desk was a tad officious but the actual person I saw was really helpful and friendly . Thanks to him and the kind guy on the ground floor of the library who helped me to get to see someone .

Although I was on hold for 45min before getting through to somebody, when I did the wonderful and understanding DAVE was so kind and helpful!!!!
He was patient and competent, giving me 30 mins of his time to take my details and offer "very" helpful advice in a "lovely" friendly manner.
He noted my struggles with dyslexia and realised the barrier it causes, many do not!
I felt cared for and understood.
He was of the manner of a caring Uncle. 🙂
So glad I held on to speak to someone.
These guys do an amazing job!!!!
