Every town I’ve tried to report thing’s going on the past 10 years.
First thing I get asked in the interview was “why haven’t you been before”.
So rage baiting right off the bat.
Anything I spoken I was gaslighted with “no that doesn’t happen”.
After this long it’s time to give karma to these people that have a bias to protect women who gang stalk and abuse and lie and don’t really need to detail it all just wait until one day I return and you pay for it

I visited CAB Plymouth several years ago, but they were unprofessional and untrustworthy. They do not respect confidentiality. Another person also complained about this problem, which is a serious breach. I think they treat people unfairly according to their race/nationality. Luckily, I found the solution to my problem in the end.

I went to see a lady at the citizens advice bureau today, and she was friendly and helpful, but very honest. They are 'customer friendly', unlike devonport jobcentre, who are an absolute disgrace. Central government and the DWP are an absolute disgrace too.

Abusive organisation, they couldn’t care less about disabled & vulnerable customers. Very difficult to deal with & obstinate when they were asked specific questions about the Energy Fund. I asked where I could find the information online to view which they refused to cooperate & withheld information. At one point I had one advisor say ‘oh we have other customers waiting to speak with us’. Erm hello am I not your customer? I ended up shouting at the advisor because he got me irate. These people are not nice to deal with, they just provoke unnecessary arguments & upset that don’t need to be caused in the first place.

Not everyone can be happy all the time.
Alex you sir are a legend!
He is the worker for Energy (bulb) who works from CAB Plymouth
Now firstly you ARE a customer if you have been referred to this service.
Secondly if you are decent to others they will be decent to you, Alex took my disabilities on board in every step, was polite, friendly and literally did everything he could to help us.
I wish I could have shook your hand my sir and hope this little review will be seen as such.
Thank you so much to CAB, Bulb and Alex, for not leaving me desperate and suffering!

**Edit
The help I got was minimal and though a solution for the moment, I didn't recieve most of what I was assured was coming, and 4 months on the only help I've had is what the government gave us.
I believed what was said but it's not been forthcoming

I went there for any things volunteering. Because of the good response from the phone conversation but i went there it was totally different. No enthusiasm or friendliness i was just giving a half A4 paper form to fill the the gentleman said they will keep in touch but they never did. When i called back they had no idea of my visit and the form i filled. 2 stars for the good telephone reception.

Hard to get through by phone redirected to online which I couldn't navigate.
CAB is overwhelmed I guess by the cost of living crisis.
