After trying to speak to someone on a number of occasions I haven’t been able to get through. Told I was in a queue but no- one was available to take the call. Listening to mind numbing repetitive music I felt like screaming and I had to end the call. I tried all the alternatives of live chat email and website none of which worked. Absolutely terrible.

Very helpful. They put you at ease about everything and they are so caring and supportive. They really do put your mind at ease..
They make you feel better about whatever your situation is and they basically do pretty much everything you need for you..
Please definitely go to them and they WILL 100 % HELP YOU....

Spent 1 hour on hold in the que to speak to an advisor for it only to throw me out of the que at 1 hour and 1 minute and say "our advisors aren't available at the moment".. what sort of a shambles is this? Literally wasted 1 hour of my day for nothing. Why put me in a que in the first place? Angry doesn't cut it!

Checked the opening times: closes at 5.00pm. ok, so I'll ring at 4, might not be so busy, on hold until 5 when voice message suddenly said" sorry, we are now closed". An hour, in a queue system. The premises here has been shut down since 'covid' happened and is now permanently shut down for 'redevelopment', you know, those council 're generation' and ' sustainable ' schemes..

Terrible .. I was given false advice and only to find out after I did my own research.
Secondly they need more staff , The person that was suppose to help me (Steven) was not reachable . If you call the reception they used to say he’s busy all the time!! I Had to end up going to the Sheffield one and they were brilliant

Extremely helpless have no powers to deal with cases. Simply waste of funds. In my opinion govt should grant them not only funds but power as well. After waiting for nearly two weeks finally I met with an advisor and he was not ready to even write a letter for me with some lame excuses. Very disappointing.
