having been badly treated as a" vulnerable customer" by our heating maintenance cover H.E.S. the advice plus a standard sample type letter given to us by Oakham Citizens Advice Bureau culminated
in a full refund of the cost of our boiler repair by a local tradesman plus cancellation of our contract with
no penalty for canceling early.
