Went there early in the morning with my partner with no appointment a year or two ago, a day before an impending court hearing. They generously squeezed as in their busy schedule, listened to our issue and gave us crucial advice to action the night before going into the hearing. Based on their advice we had a successful outcome a total dismissal of our case. I couldn't have been more pleased and grateful to their team particularly the woman that let me in to their office without an appointment on a cold September morning, and Olu who advised us.

Useless, all you get is a load of waffle & no practical help.

The old lady on reception couldn’t get me out the door quick enough, she closed the door on my face before I could even tell her who i would like to see, no help to anyone probably decided that her lunch was more important than the job shes there todo. i.e advising citizens on the best solution to their problems. If she had the time to listen to what i was there for I wouldn’t be writing this review

Really lovely staff here who are always willing to help and give the best advice they can. There is ample free parking on the main road, they have interview rooms and the waiting room is done up really well. They also have some toys for children to play with in the waiting room. Kept very clean and tidy and good facilities and staff.

They no good. They help only English people...if you have a surname like mine no help..not even allowed for appointment. They could not help me then I ended up in court . All my neighbours say they are able to help me as they helped them with similar situations...thats where spoted why.
Even if you are british but your surname suggest otherwise stay away...
