All these lot do is sign post and hand out food bank vouchers there's no actual tailored solutions specifically but not limited too emergency funds which is ridiculous because everything nowadays requires some sort of funding to gain access from food too work

There's long wait just to see someone, had over hour wait then when seen someone has to get booked in two weeks later just fill out form..waited two weeks for my telephone appointment, and no one called has to go in following week Monday to see if sort me took further two weeks but managed to sort it that week went in. Better than when was in Verdin exchange it's better but need improve there services.

Absolutely useless to try to get an appointment with via phone. Sat for over an hour with an annoying whistling tune playing and then nothing. Tried several times. Eventually got through and some numpty hadn't got a clue what to do to arrange appointments and put me on hold again for another half hour before i hung up.

I cannot recommend this enough, i went there on Monday with my
husband to ask for help and we were introduced to Clive who was fantastic
we were trying to fill in a online form for Universal Credit, and he was amazing we are now getting somewhere.

I had an excellent PensionWise appointment today which really got me to think about what I need to do. As I result I have contacted my Pension Administrator, AND paid some missing years of National Insurance towards my State Pension (though this is not the focus of PensionWise).

It's worth noting that PensionWise is primarily designed to give you more information on what to do with a Defined Contribution Pension pot - but if you don't know what sort of pension fund(s) you have they will help you figure it out... They don't provide financial advice or tax advice, and sadly can't recommend Financial Advisors (but you can understand why).
