I have never felt so heard and validated. I spoke to David and he really took his time to understand my situation. I am autistic and struggle with people I’m not familiar with but he was so patient and understanding and made me feel really at ease. Thank you again for your help!

Initially very awkward to get through to someone. You'll find yourself on hold with the most ear piercing whistling on hold music for ages before they either disconnect the call or you hang up from frustration.

On the off chance you do get through, they are very helpful. It's just a shame it's one big hurdle just to get through to someone.

Always amazing service and great advice, the staff seem like they genuinely care.
It's just getting through to them which is the difficulty, be swift with the callback system, don't bother waiting on the line just request a callback either via email or the system.

Been on hold for over an hour and now they're closed and the call cut off. Claims to be here to help people but I have never been able to get through to them and I have tried on many many occasions and nothing.
