The general work and price was ok but generally I would not recommend working with this company.

Terrible communication. The salesman who initially attended my house tried to pressure me to cancel a September holiday so they could start ASAP. The work didn't start until December. There was zero communication between paying a deposit and the work starting. I believe it was due to poor weather slowing down other jobs, but there could still have been contact. I only got a start date by contacting the firm directly. When I spoke to them they said they would probably start Monday and would let me know. Again, no contact and then the workmen turned up on the Monday and I was unprepared for it.

We had workmen arrive at various times with no warning and get difficult when we hadn't been in. When they did agree times they would also not arrive at the agreed time.

I requested a central heating radiator, this wasn't fitted and they decided to fit an electric one without checking with me. They did give me money off but it's not what I agreed and it costs a fortune to run.

There is no sign off process. When I signed a contract I was told the foreman would talk me through the work and we would agree to it before payment was requested. This could obviously have avoided the above issue. The company would simply contact me and tell me I owed them money.

And then as the final piece of the above I found some issues wit the work. A time was agreed to come and look at it, where they didn't turn up or communicate they weren't arriving.
