Initial meeting with Allison Valentine (employability hub department) to discuss possible opportunities. However, communication fell through shortly after with no ongoing check-ins about clients working situation. Will be looking for a more suitable employment/career service elsewhere.

We come here once a week for a social club we attend and found that this is a great venue and has a lovely cafe too.

Going into the college, you now need to go to the reception to give them your name, and who you are visiting so you can get a badge to wear along with a lanyard stating "Visitor" Then the doors open for you. The rooms always seem to be clean and tidy, with a different range of rooms available depending on the needs of those who are hiring those rooms.

The cafe is run by students and offers freshly made products such as sandwiches and got cooked meals. We tried their chicken bake and found this to ne high quality than the chain massed produced stuff you get from other cafes. The staff are always friendly and very good at what they do. They should be very proud of themselves.

Helen who is staff at college tried to make us do what we didn't want to do. That's A bit unfair. She didn't do anything about a student who was swearing at me and being abusive. She actually has favouritism towards certain students and isn't fair. She doesn't listen to the threats being made to certain people and there's bullying going on there

I attend here on an Upholstery Course. They have good facilities and friendly staff. We can leave our furniture here during term time. They have a cafe and a drinks machine for when the cafe is closed. Also a rest room for learners. We'll thought out college.

Tried to arrange appt to view around SEN dept. The person supposed to be showing us decided to go out but not tell anyone do we were left sitting in reception. SEN team of staff were fab. Admin team absolutely USELESS! Tried to get info from them, callbacks promised but never made. Finance team appear to be hopeless.
The ppl running this place are a shambles. IF and it’s a huge IF you can get beyond them, get call backs, manage to speak to the right people, and make it through the door, you have done well.
The teaching staff all seemed really knowledgeable and helpful. Shame the same can’t be said about the admin and management.
