Martin and his team took care of some work for us earlier this year, involving creating a kitchen-diner, fitting a new kitchen, building a small side extension and adding a downstairs toilet. The guys worked very efficiently and the finish on everything was great. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Martin.

Martin leads an excellent team of highly skilled workers able to cover most of the core building trades. He himself is knowledgeable and very approachable. We lived on site throughout the build, and this was only possible due to Martin's careful management of his subcontractors which meant that we were never without vital services for long. His men are courteous, reliable and good-humoured, important qualities in a long project.

We chose Clark and Hanson carefully for building our extension based on a recommendation, integrating two 1980s flat roof extensions plus original 1910 house into one larger extension to make two small bedrooms bigger. It included splitting a bathroom into a new bathroom and ensuite, a new boiler, a complete re-roof, new glazing, plus coordinating with our neighbours to join the two sides properly, all while we resided at the house with our two young children.
The C&H team were always polite and kept a clean site. Martin was prompt to deal with any issues that arose and communication was excellent throughout. Some very impressive workmanship from their skilled crew including the roof construction and re-roofing. They had to overcome some tricky obstacles and they were always thoughtful, ensuring we had a useable bathroom throughout and that the site was safe and secure. The work was completed promptly despite some awful weather. We would happily recommend them.

After struggling to get other builders to get back to us, Martin and his team were recommended to us and they were great from that first contact. We had a tired old conservatory to be removed and replaced with a functional space that can be used all year round. We also had the layout of several rooms reconfigured. The team were a pleasure to have around. The communication was good. We are so happy with the new space that we now have.

Martin and his team did a fantastic job renovating our three bedroom house in Tonbridge, building a single story extension kitchen/diner, converting the loft and reconfiguring the ground and first floor. Clark Hanson undertook both an extension and rearrangement of our ground floor and added an extra bedroom on the first floor. The quality of the finish was outstanding, the attitude of all the builders was excellent and, despite the works being significantly delayed by rain, the final cost was pretty well on budget. Martin Clark was extremely easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
