The Polish woman is very rude and they are scam. When I apply for travel documents. They said you will get it in one week but after one week I didn’t received it then I went there again. they said after six months you will get your travel documents and I wait for six months, but I didn’t received it. I wasted my money and I wasted my time. the last time when I went there the Polish woman was very rude to me and I’m ignore her. She asked me to pay 82 pounds again. totally they are a scam.
Please please don’t trust them. I feels she is racist.

I'm just thinking of poor refugees that don't know English language!!!! How rude are the people in there, so aggressive and angry, talking very loudly, after 4 days calling them at morning and the afternoon, finally I could get an appointment, a lady called Nicola is the rudest person and I'll would love chase this matter to the higher level to disgust about it and see why she's that much aggressive and rude too poor people.
