Moved to Navenby 3yrs ago and absolutely cannot fault this practice
All staff very kind & helpful
Nurse practitioners are amazing
Haven’t seen a Dr but spoke on the phone & again always lovely
Messages or emails online answered quickly
I have friends who wait 3 months for appts in some areas so feel very fortunate to have Navenby surgery & its. Lovely staff

Terrific practice. We use Navenby primarily. Attentive, caring, responsive. A great source of comfort for us both whilst my husband continues to recover from a major operation. I can't thank you enough for everything you do.

Absolutely useless surgery. Firstly, their new phone system doesn’t work as calls from them to both mine and my partners iPhones disconnect after 1 ring and the number showing isn’t recognised. Also, after having a highly abnormal FIT test result (169 when over 10 is classed as abnormal) it took them well over a week to decide I needed further blood tests before doing an urgent 2WW referral. The receptionist refused to put me through to the practice manager and said I was preventing sick people from getting through by ringing to speak to her. They are worse than my previous surgery which had been placed under special measures. What a bunch of hacks.

Just registered here and can’t fault Navenby so far. The GPs I’ve spoken to have been so helpful, professional and appear to care. I’m a nurse myself and know only to well the pressures GP face so just wanted to give praise where it is due.

Meds wrong 3 times In a row.
I've been on same stuff for 10 years ish. Since I've started collecting it from this practice it been wrong 3 times and they say come back in few days which costs me more money and with what's going on at moment more chance of catching something at doctors.
