Came here on the afternoon of 1st March and the experience was shocking. Staff are very rude, especially a man called John. The tone of voice he had with myself and my mother when asking a simple question was unacceptable and really disrespectful. There was no need for the way he spoke to my mother and he needs talking to about customer service! Whilst in the club, another staff member was messing around on his phone near the stage whilst drinking a can of red bull. What is this about!? And another member of staff was sat eating what looked like his dinner whilst calling the party bingo. Absolutely unacceptable and being somebody who worked in a bingo hall in the past, professionalism is key. Clearly not the case here. Absolutely disgusting attitude of staff and the management need to seriously consider training people up to have better customer service.

Go quite often but hardly win. Good prizes, comfortable surroundings but the staff look miserable and need to smile and make it more friendly.

We came up from Bristol to visit family in Newcastle. So popped in for a game. Had a lovely night and we did win. Thank you Peterlee.

Not my best experience.
Frustrated that I didn't understand what was going on.
My fault...
And too many beers..
Probably accounted for my frustration.
No blame must be laid on the staff....they were all great in dealing with an old git....

Staff need to act upon people talking during the bingo same people every week

Prize money is good, there are sone surprise stage prizes which you dont always get at the Bing which is always nice. The cafeterier is nice enough to to fullfill any cravings you might have. The only let down is the addition of the new bar which enable players to have a good drink which in turn makes a farce when calling wins as more times than not it is a false call from the Bar as the alchahol kicks in and turns the night into a joke. This leads to quite rude and loud talking players who insist on talking whilst the Bingo is in play but the staff seem to be reluctant to say anything to the offending members which is a shame because otherwise it has all the makings of a really good Bingo hall.

One of the best. Affordable unlike some local named bongo halls foods reasonably price and hot.. staff are friendly and helpful. Especially if you are new.. bar available. Great prizes. Good night or afternoon..

Amazing staff, value for money, excellent prize money, stunning food with a price to match, plenty of deals on offer with regular mail shots (make sure your on mailing list)
Seriously better value than Buzz, Mecca put together.
Peterlee now boasts a separate lounge and bar where one can chat through bingo, Blackpool has one too, and has proved to be very popular !
To Club 3000
Please consider opening a new club further up towards Newcastle please as many people cannot get to Peterlee due to bus times on a eve and would not get home. As I personally have to get a lift to go to Peterlee.
