Amazing service! Jorge Galindo has helped me several times to renew my DACA and always does a great job. He answers all my questions and always goes above and beyond to help. The staff is always friendly and the communication is great! They made sure I knew what was going on the entire time of my case so I was never left hanging! I highly recommend them!

The attorney that was assigned to my case was Brian. He showed exceptional effort in making sure all the details were ready and in order. The rest of the staff members I Came into contact with were really generous and helpful. They are doing a great job fighting for their mission. I would recommend their services to anyone that’s looking to work with them. 10/10

I understand that this is a nonprofit organization but the customer service that their attorneys offer is not very good. They takes weeks to reply a simple email and then gaslight you by making you feel bad for speaking up. It does not matter if the person is paying for the services or not. Every person should be treated with respect and seriousness.

First and foremost thank you for offering help when i needed it. My process with chirla was smooth as possible the only thing they do have a lack of communication my paralegal never comunicated to when my docs will be mail she informed that once theyre mail she will send me a copy of the documents sge never i have to keep calling i will call 2 a week. Apperently She went on a sick leave or something so i left a message a day after she send me an email very rudely saying that she will notified me when she had the time she never did it was almost christmass they were going to leave for a break the very last day she sent me a copy of the documents with no tracking so i wasnt sure if they send it or. Not i think this bevior is not acceptable in order to work for this organization you must love what you do.. she just kept giving attitude like she did not wanted to workvery unpolrofessional she even told me if you dont want to wait you can bring a money order so you wont wait. If i had the money oviosly i woulnt have gone there. Really bad attitude on the paralegal but chirla is awesome. Hopefully this changes..
