Great property but I think that is down to legal and general, coastline are very hit and miss help with what they want and when they do it's great but probably about 6/10 times l. They don't stick to what they have agreed..( appointments and maintenance) will leave you waiting in all day for an appointment even while aware of mental health diagnosis and neurodivergence in play. If you don't need them for much it's great but don't rely on them for anything.

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with, hardly ever reply to emails or put you through to the person you want to talk to on the phone. There maintenance is non - existence there maintenance charges are sky high. When they owe you money it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone but when you owe them you get letters threatening debt collection, and this is supposed to be a non profit company. 😂

Worst housing company I have ever dealt with, made numerous complaints and emails only to get ignored. Had a whole in the roof since before Christmas 2023, it's now over half way through July. They keep putting the rent up and saying it's for the service they provide.... which sucks!! Worst service ever! Do not go with them, waste of space company.

My mother who is 72 has been waiting on her shower being repaired as it leaks due to the rubber perishing she is unable to use it in its current state, the repair had been logged back in July, took 2 people, one a surveyor to come out and assess and advised it will be sorted within the month this was August it is now September over the month advised, my email asking for an update on progress has been read several times yet ignored and when my mother rung today she was again fobbed off with when they are likely to repair it with no actual appointment made to even make a start. Unfortunately, I will be taking this further as they simply lack the ability to maintain contact with their elderly tenants and carry out essential repairs.

Neighbour moved in 3.5 years ago, who is an alcoholic, he has been a nightmare the whole time, banging, screaming, shouting, verbal abuse constantly day and night , coastline keep telling us to report it, we have for all time nothing gets done about him,, how much longer do we have to put up with this guy? it's like coastline don't care and we are left to deal with it, they are useless
